There is a formal dining room and the fully-equipped kitchen offers guests a smaller dining table which is ideal for breakfast or a light meal. 

There are five main bedrooms and they are all bright and spacious, and have their own ensuite.
The basement level of the home is an ideal area for additional guests or older children, and consists of a second living space, a games room and a sixth bedroom.

As you enter the property through the main entrance you will find the ground floor area which includes the living area, the dining room and the kitchen. Large glass windows and sliding doors compliment the living room and these lead out to the garden and pool area where you will also find an area for dining and relaxing.

In addition, the house also offers a maritime car garage of 90m² that has enough room for 4 cars and has direct access to the beach and the pier.

Within the interior of the house there are 5 suites, each of which has a complete bathroom, air conditioning, heating and a music system.
Three of the suites have their own television.
From the main entrance hall a hallway leads to the 4 ensuite bedrooms.
Next to the entrance there is a room with two sofa beds and a bathroom.

The living room is equipped with a television, chimney, sofas, arm chairs and coffee tables. Divided by a bookshelf from the living room there is a dining room that can seat up to 14 people. The kitchen comes fully equipped and also offers a grill, a barbecue-chimney and a television. Downstairs there is another living room, with television, that connects to a spacious playroom for children where they can have some fun for a few hours. There is also a washing room equipped with a washer, and a dryer, as well as hanging and ironing facilities. The 5th bedroom can also be found on this floor.

Villa Xavi is situated right on the Cap de Creus peninsula in the town of Cadaques, one of the most famous places on Girona’s Costa Brava. The Cap de Creus Natural Park serves up inspiring natural scenery and the rocky coast is fringed by sandy beaches and peaceful coves. Cadaques has a rich cultural heritage and has been the inspiration for a number of artists and painters, most notably Salvador Dali.

A visit to the Salvador Dali House Museum is a must for any visitors to the area. The town offers up a wealth of historic architecture and cultural attractions, as well as a vast number of good restaurants, tavernas, shops and services where you can try the local cuisine and get to know the locals.
