With a spectacular infinity swimming pool the villa is perched on a hill right by the sea and offers breathtaking sea views in a very quiet environment. A few stairs carved in the rock give a direct access to the sea. The villa offers extreme privacy.

Room 2 - Catherine :
Master bedroom, At apartment level, direct access to the garden, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Indoors

The is villa built above the rock, with two different parts: the main house which has 4 bedrooms and 6 bedrooms outside the main building with independent access yet all connected with lovely Mediterranean style courtyards and stone stairs and steps. Designed in 1962 by the architect Peter Harnden the Casa has a rich history : The house was the property of Dali’s personal manager, the extraordinary ‘Captain Moore’ who lived in the house for 20 years and welcomed a large variety of international artists and intellectuals.

Today the one story villa offers spacious living areas and stylish ensuite bedrooms. The house will accommodate 20 guests.

The Casa combines modernity, refinement and simplicity along with high level of comfort and technology.
It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spectacular fire place in the living room, a library office, panoramic windows, heating and air conditioning. Facilities and equipment include among others : All kitchen appliances such as fridge (2), freezer, wine cellar, dishwasher (2), microwave, electric oven,blender, coffee machine (3), toaster, press orange, exterior barbecue grill (2). A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available.
The house has individual climate control in each room, Internet WIFI, a Sonos sound system and a collector Gaveaupiano from “Le France” steamliner. There is a video surveillance system (for security reason).


Outdoors

The villa offers stunning views  to the natural park of cap de Creus, S’alqueria and Port Lligat beaches
There are spacious seafront terraces and outside dining areas
The heated swimming pool (no heating during the winter) is located at the top of the property, 50m from the main house. The pool house overviews the sea and includes a summer kitchen with barbecue grill.
The vast terraced park hides statues and nods to Dali, along with an amazing tiny chapel.


Location

The house is located in Port Lligat. 
S’alqueria beach is 2 minutes walk from the villa.
Salvador Dali Museum is 5 minutes walk.
Cadaques Center is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.

Cadaques is a magnificent remote fishing village with narrowcobblestone streets situated in the Cap de Creus peninsula on the famous Spanish Costa Brava. Charming whitewashed houses overlook the Mediterranean Sea. The village and the area has been a source of inspiration for international painters and artists for decades and still enjoys an intense cultural life.
Cadaques offers a large selection of cultural activities and events as well as fantastic gastronomic experiences. You will also enjoy a broad range of sporting activities such as boating, kayaking, diving, hiking or cycling in the absolutely beautiful Cap de Creus Natural Park.


Notes

Due to the environment of the villa, children under the age of 10 should be carefully supervised, and there are lots of stairs.
