Room 4
Room, Intermediate floor. This bedroom has 1 single bed. Bathroom shared.

Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub.


Indoors 

This 353 sqm house, is spread over two levels.
The entrance hall gives access to the corridor which leads to the first two bedrooms.
On the ground floor, guests will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with terrace), a laundry area and a spacious living-dining room (with large dining table, fireplace and overlooking the garden and a beautiful terrace).
On the middle level there are two further bedrooms (one double and one single) sharing a bathroom. 
The property also has a garage for two cars.


Outdoors​ 

The house is situated on a pleasant plot of 1934 sqm.
Guests can enjoy the lovely garden, a nice terrace, the swimming pool (9 x 4,5m) and the pool house with BBQ and outdoor shower.
The villa also has an outdoor parking space for two cars.


Location

Villa Cassy is ideally located in the centre of Tamariu and has direct access to the main street.
The beach is only 5 minutes away on foot.
