Indoors

Each room of the villa represents a fragment and an emblem of the history of the Empordanet's life. The attention has been focused on the details, to immerse yourself a little more in the traditions of the place. The property is divided in 2 houses.

Main house
You will find in the villa a large and refined space including the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with TV and fireplace.
Another more rustic space for relaxation, formerly a kitchen.
The laundry room is also at your disposal.

Secondary house
Like the main house, it has a spacious and cozy living room with fireplace and games table, large windows offering a magnificent view of the plain of Emporda and Montgri.
The kitchen is open to the dining area and opens onto the porch which has a lounge area and a dining area, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation or sharing delicious meals outdoors.

Outdoors

Step out of the house and take a stroll on the tidy lawn, under the Spanish sun, head to the Roman-style saltwater pool, then enjoy a meal in the sun or under the stars.
Outside the villa you will find the indoor garden, and the outdoor garden that goes around the house.

Location

The geographic situation of the house offers various overviews of entertainment with a wide spectrum of activities. Nature, culture and gastronomy can be found near Pals: routes on food or by bicycle in Quermany and Pals’ surroundings, camins de ronda (patrol roads) and trips to the Natural Park of La Gola del Ter, Golf de Pals club, guided tours through the medieval centre of el Pedró, Museu de la Confitura (jam and marmalade museum), wine tasting in the wine cellars of Torrent and an extensive range of gastronomy with l’Arròs de Pals (Pals’ rice) as the protagonist.
